Harland Accountants have been selected as one of the 2024 Best Places to Work in Cornwall, scoring highly in an employee experience survey measuring staff engagement and role satisfaction.

2024 Best Places to Work in Cornwall regional survey and awards programme, that began in 2023, was designed to identify, recognise and honour the best places of employment in the county of Cornwall. Companies from across the county entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in Cornwall. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics (worth 25% of the total evaluation). The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience (worth 75% of the total evaluation). The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. 

Harland Accountants will be recognised and honoured in the May issue of Business Cornwall which will come out in the first week of May.
